Mr. Hogue has over 40 years experience in the petroleum industry, prior to founding EER. He is currently President of Galaxy Capital Corp formerly galaxy partner Ltd , an advisory service to public companies. From 1996 to 1999 he was President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Cotton Valley Resources Corporation, a publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company (AMEX KTN).
Mr. Hogue earlier served as an officer of several energy companies: Martex Oil and Gas, Inc (President), Mayco Petroleum, Inc (President and Founder) a crude trading company, Union Crude Oil Company (President), and Hogue Diamond Drill Bit Manufacturing Company (President), as well as relevant experience employed with Sargent Diamond Bit, Inc. (Core Engineer)
ROBERT J. OXFORD
INTERIM PRESIDENT & COO
Mr. Oxford has served in various engineering and management positions with Mobil Oil Corporation throughout the West and Southwest. For more than 50 years he has formed and led numerous successful oil and gas-related corporations, drawing on his wide-ranging experience from negotiation of petroleum purchasing to management of gathering systems, to processing, transportation and distribution of oil and gas, including consultation in measurement, sampling and chart integration. Mr. Oxford has served as President of Industrial Gas Services, Inc., (IGS) for 35 years, a natural gas management and engineering consultation firm to oil and gas producers. He also formed and served as President of Frontier Utilities, Inc., of North Carolina to construct 300 miles of transmission and distribution system to serve 14,000 customers in towns where there was no gas service. Mr. Oxford also served as President of Ozark Natural Gas Company in Southwest Missouri and formed Kentucky Frontier Gas LLC, now owning and operating gas distribution systems to 4,000 customers in Eastern Kentucky. Mr. Oxford also manages Penny Natural Gas, LLC, in counties in New York and Pennsylvania and has served as General Partner, Gas Development Enterprises in Denver. Mr. Oxford’s oil and gas experience was instrumental in forming McCulloch Gas Processing Corporation and McCulloch Interstate Gas Corporation, Casper, Wyoming.

Mr. Pennington specializes in strategic planning and management of domestic and international special projects for non-profit organizations, with prior experience in hotels and commercial real estate. He holds a BBA degree from the University of Mississippi.

Dr. Shuffield specializes in business development and growth with non-profit and for-profit business. For more than 30 years, he has been successful in ventures as a motivational speaker, entrepreneur, administrator, professor and investor. As an entrepreneur, he has been involved as Founder and officer in three previous companies. He has taught as an adjunct professor for four universities. His educational experience consists of graduate and post-graduate degrees in religious studies, communications, and business administration. He is called upon for business and organizational design consultations and invited often as a conference and motivational speaker for employee and volunteer functions for businesses ranging from small to Fortune 500 companies. His earlier experience as a teen roustabout for Bill Cason Oil Well Services, Inc., and later as a pumper and employee for D&J Pumper and Well Services, has brought him full circle again with the petroleum industry.

Dennis Horner has professional experience with various Fortune 500 companies (including AlliedSignal that merged with Honeywell in 1999 and Ingersoll-Dresser, an Ingersoll Rand and Halliburton joint venture) and has served as President of Industrial Gas Services, Inc., since 2009.
CHARLES E. EDWARDS
Mr. Edwards provides geological, geophysical, and technology advisory services in all matters relating to the oil and gas industry including CBM project identification, evaluation, drilling, development, and production under a one-half time commitment consulting agreement. Previously, he was the founder and an officer of E & P Co, LLC, an exploration and production company concentrating on coal bed methane, and Vice President of Exploration for CDX Gas, Inc. He previously served a 37-year career with Chevron Corporation and its subsidiaries, in positions of increasing responsibility, both domestically and internationally, including Corporate Chief Geophysicist. Mr. Edwards holds a BS degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Tulsa and is a graduate of University of Houston Business Executive Management School. He is a member of many professional organizations, and has served as a consultant to and director of many companies providing geophysical and related services to the petroleum industry, including Digicon Inc., Landmark Graphics Inc. ExploiTech Inc., 3DX Technologies, and Hungarian Horizon Energy, LTD.
RICK D. JOHNSON
DRILLING AND OPPERATIONS ADVISOR
Mr. Johnson has thirty-one (31) years of petroleum drilling and operations experience, most recently with Vitruvian Exploration and its predecessor company CDX Gas. He was involved extensively in CDX Gas’ development of the multi-lateral horizontal “Z-Pinnate” drilling technology and managed the drilling of dozens of pinnate wells in Arkansas, West Virginia, and Alabama. He managed CDX Gas’ production operations on a portfolio of properties totaling 487 producing wells. Prior assignments include Operations Superintendent, Production Foreman and Drilling Foreman positions in a variety of regional settings with Schlumberger, Bryan Woodbine Operating Company, Aegean Oil Corporation and Marathon Oil Co. Mr. Johnson is a former Mechanical Engineering student, University of Arkansas.
